The Beaumaris food festival is back. Growing year after year, this Is now one of North Wale’s premiere food events. With the amazing backdrop of the great castle of Beaumaris and the Menai strait. Massive food marquees will be erected and within you can bear witness to a multitude of different food, and drink available for purchase. You have the option of sitting and listening to live music emanating from the wonderful performers on the bandstand, strolling around the ‘Green’ where you can discover local crafts, or even learn some tricks from some of the best local chefs. North Wales regional food can be transformed into some unbelievable signature dishes. There’s also a tonne for children to do.
Affordable fun for all the family
Festival tickets this year are only £5 for day tickets and £7 for two-day passes. Children go absolutely FREE. Parking at the site is also free, to make the experience as convenient as possible.
This year there is a chili eating competition, so those of you who fancy themselves the most fireproof, come and put your chili where your mouth is and compete it in this frazzling event.
Exhibitors this year include North Wales companies with produce the likes of which include Chocolate, Game meats, pies, spicy chilies, Thai food, donuts, cider, Lager, meats, cheese and much more.
Activities for kids include ‘the puffin trail’ and the ‘discovery tent’, both of which include educational and fun activities to entertain for hours.

The event aims to bring a weekend of deliciousness, culture, and fun to the medieval resort town. The entire festival is run by volunteers and all profits are fed back into the community.
