You’re unlikely to find a better place to hunt for some Easter eggs than in places such as Colwyn Bay, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Bangor and others in the heart of the north of Wales.

Easter Eggstravaganza – Greenwood Forest Park – 12th of April to 27th of April
Situated in the hugely popular Greenwood Forest Park, this is an occasion sure to delight all members of the family, no matter their age!
Taking place over the Easter holiday means that the organisers have been able to cram in a whole range of different activities with the main spectacle being the Easter egg hunt itself on the 19th and 20th of April, all while in the company of two giant bunnies called Harley and Heulwen.

Easter Eggstravaganza! – Welsh Mountain Zoo – 12th of April to 27th of April
Much like the event at Greenwood, this popular attraction spot in Colwyn Bay will also be held over the Easter holiday, leaving plenty of time for the young ones to get involved with the exciting Egg Trail.
Learn more about the differences in animal eggs, take part in brilliant games and just have a wonderful time when you visit Welsh Mountain Zoo this Easter.

Great Easter Eggcase Hunt – Gronant – 15th of April
As hands-on as they come, you and the family can enjoy a fun day out exploring Gronant Dunes as you try to uncover mermaid’s purses on the 15th of April.
An Easter event with a twist, this is definitely an occasion or nature lovers as you can explore the dunes and discover the egg cases of sharks, skates and rays in contribution with Shark Trust. Be sure to wrap up warm for this interesting day out.

Porthmadog Easter Craft Event – Y Ganolfan – 19th of April
A change in pace from previously mentioned Easter events in North Wales but this one is equally as interesting as exciting as running around after some eggs!
Discover some of the crafts Snowdonia can produce in this low-key event which showcases some of the best handmade goods from anywhere in Wales. With free entry and a chance to win big in the raffle, it could be just the calming day out you deserve.
