If you’ve managed to escape through January unscathed then congratulations are in order. Recognised as a hangover from the celebrations of New Year, many people try to get through the month and look forward to the rest of the year when the weather starts to pick up.
Although January was by no means a non-event when it came to the events calendar, there are many more exciting Events in North Wales this February to enjoy.
There is no better way to shake off the last of those January blues than in the company of a loved one on the day of romantics and there’s plenty to do on the 14th in the north of Wales.
Venue Cymru is always a great place to spend special time with your cariad and it is again this year with the Valentine’s Ball and Valentine’s Night occasions to look forward to on the 14th and 15th respectively.

February is a stellar month of evenings out in North Wales with the likes of Sarah Millican, Daniel O’Donnell and The Zombies all sure to make a splash. If you’re interested in booking, make sure you do it fast as these premium entertainers are bound to be in high demand!

Not to be outdone, Rhyl Pavilion will also be enjoying a bumper-packed schedule this month. The smash-hit 51 Shades of Maggie, which has been a huge box-office success on its run so far, is showing on the 4th. For music, look no further than celebrated cover act Re Take That on the 7th and The Straits for the 8th.
Bolstering the already impressive line-up at the Pavilion, Brendan Cole will be showcasing on the 9th, Mike & the Mechanics will be taking to the stage on the 12th and Marty Wilde will be live in concert on the 21st.

North Wales is famed for its artistic exports and that’s evident throughout the beautiful region this February as there are many exhibitions and events to get involved with.

As ever, Wrexham County Borough Museum & Archives is also showing many great arts and exclusive items over the course of the year. With events like Dewi Sant and Amser Tots to look forward to, it’s one of the places you have to be for your monthly art fix.
You never need to look far in North Wales for a special day out as there’s always much to see and do for the whole family.
The celebrated Bodnant Garden is going to be inviting people in on the 12th through its most hidden areas. As part of a big expansion project, expect to see all new areas of this historic landmark in Colwyn Bay.

If you ever grew up between the 80’s and 90’s, you may to push your way past the kids to greet Thomas the Tank Engine at a Day Out with Thomas! Throughout the day on the 22nd, you and the kids can enjoy unlimited rides on the famous train and get involved with the storytelling.
